Buggy Rear Shock
Good shock/suspension setup for 1/10th Rc Buggy?
Just bought a new 1/10th electric buggy and the shocks came pre-assembled and are way to soft.
I have no idea what springs and oil they have but obviously I need stiffer.
The car is a Ansmann Mad Rat (which to be honest is very impressive for the money!) but it keeps bottoming out over the tiniest drop, even a curb can do it!
My question is, should I get soft/medium/hard spring and what oil? Applies to both front and rear.
It's not for any specific track, just a good general setup, and so if any large jumps are attempted it will land nicely and not bottom.

Nice stiff springs to start with. A thick shock oil will also help. Not knowing the brand or the design, not much to go on. Stop by your local Hobby shop. They can look at your set up, and advise you from there.
