Are pressed wheel hubs interchangeable?

I have a tarus sho that has an annoying bolt pattern but it has pressed in hubs.

I want to paint my car matte black and do a black steel rim with a chrome trim ring and a center cap (police style) but I can't find any center caps that fit my bolt pattern and I hate that the only other rims i can get for my car are off of sables and jaguars.

Can I remove the hub from the spindle and replace it with one that has a more common bolt pattern?

How difficult would it be to remove the hub?

Any idea what would be compatible with my spindle?

The way you are thinking is ridiculously expensive and I`m not sure if it is possible without major parts. And the bolt pattern is not annoying. In fact it is very common. Mayby not to you. But then anyone trying to impersonate a police officer would not know that. Or much else for that matter. including the fact that you may get to meet a few of them
