is exceed rc a good company ?
ok for a while i have been on the look for a nitro rc car or truck and i have found a brand that i like called exceed rc and theres one truck that i like called the infinity i just wanted to know how reliable they are so if any of u own any exceed car or truck give me a review on it plz
Well to tell you the truth, I have never heard of them and they are not listed in the foremost (XRC) magazine's links section so I would NOT trust them. If you are looking for a good quality machine I would look at getting something from Associated or Losi for high end good quality. Associated is a multiple time world champion. Losi is also. If you are wanting to bash around and beat the bush as it were then Traxxas, but even then Traxxas can make some decent units. Its usually based on where you are and what your local shop carries the most of, thereby reducing cost. I would strongly recommend you talk to the people at the shop. They will be able to help you out a ot. IF you do go with any of the true big names like Associated, spend the extra money to get the Factory Team options, this usually means aluminium parts rater than plastic for some parts (usually the ones that have the highest tendency to break). The downside is that you have to usually get the radio gear, motors, speed controllers and wheels/tires. But in the end you will have a very good machine and it will last a long time.

Hello,
I am looking to buy my first Nitro RC car. I was wondering if anyone could offer any information about this car. I have seen some reviews online and it seems to be a decent car. Does anyone have this car, or has anyone used this car? What can you tell me about it? Is it easy to maintain, handle, start...etc? Would you recommend it? Is there any other RTR Nitro RC car that you would recommend for a beginner in the hobby?

Exceed is a pretty decent starter car. They are priced well and are built pretty well. Sometimes parts are difficult to find unless you order from them. My son has an Exceed nitro on-road car, and it seems to be pretty good.
