Fear of flying, (well, kinda), need help. Military USCG?

Ok, so, I'm 18 years old and in less than a month away of going into the basic training on the military (Uscg), my interest is to be on a cutter or on the boats as a boatwains mate, HOWEVER, I always been afraid of heights and flying, i've overcome most of my fears, I can now fly on commercial planes with ease and get on roller coasters which was a problem. But how likely is that I have to go frequently on helicopters? I never been on a heli and Im afraid of what to expect, kinda scared. Should I go to the psycologist?

Do not go to a psychologist. You might not ever fly on a helo. Do you plan on going an aviation rate? If not, there is a good chance you will never fly on one. If you do, by the time you get on one you will be experienced enough in the CG, you'll be fine. This isn't something they make you do the first day in boot camp or ever in boot camp.
