What is the chain link fence for on a heli-pad (helicopter landing area)?
Over the past few weeks I have watched a construction crew secure a heli-pad to the roof of the local hospital. Now near completion, they are surrounding the landing area with chainlink fence laying horizontally around the perimeter. Why?? What purpose does this serve?
Horizontal means FLAT ----->
That won't keep anything from blowing off.
If you look closely you will see that it isn't parallel with the helipad, but the outer edge of the fence is actually slightly higher than the helipad surface, like the outside edges of a dinner plate are angled upwards, and for the same reason, to help prevent something (especially a person) that is pushed to the edge by the rotor down-wash from falling off the building.

When I said the blades rc 9 I ment the blades salvation 9 sorry
The Salvation 1 RC helicopter has a few errors in it. Like 1 in a few will have problems with flight and a few not many will actually work fine for the first 2 years. I do not know what the RC 9 heli is.... The picooz atlas is a sure go for. I have not heard any problems with that helicopter, I personally have not had any problems with that helicopter, and I would definitely suggest you go for that helicopter.
