Why don't airplanes with a front rotor tilt?


Helicopters need a tail rotor so their body won't rotate against the direction of their main rotor. So why don't airplanes with a front rotor tilt like that as well?

This force that makes the Helicopter turn opposite its direction of main Rotor is called Torque. The helicopter has to use a tail rotor to counter the torque.
For every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction. (Newton's Law)

The same for airplanes, single engine airplanes, multi engines with engine failures with a few more forces to deal with.

The airplane has Torque effects that when at high RPMs, high angles of Attack and slow airspeeds will be more noticeable. Therefore pilots are trained to use the Rudder to offset the Torque as we fly. Also most airplanes will have the Angle of Attack slightly higher on one wing than the other, or fixed tabs on the control surfaces of the Ailerons or rudder.
The aircraft encounters 4 forces that are made by the propeller.
1.Torque
2.Gyroscopic effect
3.Corckscrew effect
4.P-Factor

All Four Forces must be countered with the Rudder (pilot uses the rudder to control the yawing.
