King Pin Set
I can't remember the name of this movie, help please?
I remember that it was one of my favorite movies, that it was animated, and one of the characters names was Tack (or Tac?). He almost never talked and always had pins or tacks in his mouth. I remember he had a relationship with the princess and she went missing and to stop the bad guy from becoming emperor (or king) Tac(k) set out to find her, and stop the bad guy.
I also remember part of the end, where the bad guy was walking down the street filled with people, and 2 little minions were running in front of him rolling out one rug, then running back behind him to retrieve the other rug. His shoes also stretched out pretty far when he walked, and near the end, Tac(k) sewed his shoe to the rug and stopped him.
That's all I remember. >.<
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I can't stop thinking of this movie and it's driving me crazy.

IMDb synopsis:
When Tack upsets Zigzag the Vizier, the wizard drags him off to the royal castle, where Princess Yum Yum falls for the bashful boy and saves him from execution. Unfortunately, Zigzag plans to marry the princess in order to succeed her father, King Nod. The Thief, meanwhile, is more interested in gold than love and takes off with the protective orbs topping the palace. Together Tack and Yum Yum attempt to retrieve them in order to prevent Zigzag and the One-Eye army from conquering the city.
