What is a good boat for beginer yacht?
I want to buy a small boat, and was wondering what a good model would be. I'm not planning on sail around the world, but i want something big enough that four people could stay on for a couple of days.

Thanks for the replys. Im not looking for a sailboat. I'm mainly wanting it just to cruise up the tennesse river maybe take it to the coast everynow and then.
You didn't mention where you are planning on sailing, but a Catalina 25 is a good starter boat that will sleep 4 people pretty comfortably.

electrical diagrams for 1978 viking 40ft yacht?
I need the wiring and/or schematic diagrams for the viking 40 foot convertible boat.The primary area of concern is the flying bridgearea. This is for a gas powered model.

Gyges:My mistake on that. You are correct.However you did not rebut the argument I made. The custom boat builders were hurt badly and the tax was repealed.I stand by what I said, if you tax the rich (business owners) too much they will do other things with their money or they wont have money to invest in new ventures.It is really pretty simple. Did or did not the luxury boat tax hurt the custom boat (yacht) business? Did rich people stop buying yachts because they did not want to pay the extra money for the new tax?The principle is the same, money follows the highest rates of return in most cases. A high rate of return could also be avoiding taxes.
