nitro rc car question?
i dont kno 2 much about nitro because i use alot of electric pan cars but i just bought an OFNA lx one its a great car but i wana do alot more 2 it i wana put in a 2 speed tranny an aluminum A arms along with a bigger motor
about how much would say this will cost an will a 2 speed work for this buggy?
I don't think you can put a 2-speed on any OFNA.

V8 nitro motor
Problem with Nitro Traxxas T-MAXX Motor.?
I have a Traxxas T-MAXX.I put another EZ-START on it.The EZ-START works but it cant seem to start the motor. It has new plug. Ive notice when i turn the motor over by turning the front gear by hand that it was a little difficult. I found out fron that , that there is alot of suction when the piston goes down.Is this the was its suppose to be or what do i do to fix this problem.
It is a good thing for the motor to have a fair bit of suction. Make shure your engine is #1, primed before starting. If there is no fuel in the carb there is no way it will ever start. To prime the engine, turn it over with the EZ-Start, and plug the exhaust tip with your finger. Make shure to pull your finger off right before the fuel hits the carb. Also your idle setting maybe to low on the radio, when trying to start the engine, try moving the throttle up and down to see if you can get the enigne to fire up that way. Also make shure your EZ-Start battery is charged, if it isn't, the higher power draw motor will suck alot of power away from the glow plug. Lastly, make shure the wires for the glow plug assembly are attached properly to the car. If a wire is loose it will never allow the glow plug to warm up, thus starting your engine.
