If you are holding the truck up off of the ground, the wheels are likely to turn. It's normal. If, when you set it down on the ground, the truck rolls, the idle is probably just set to high. Turn your idle speed down. You might be able to turn it down enough by adjusting the throttle trim on your transmitter. If you can't slow it down enough with the trim, adjust the idle speed screw. See your owners manual on how to do this. But by all means, follow the manufacturers recommendations on break in procedure. How you break it in will determine the life of the engine.
