What type of seadoo jet ski is this!?! 10 points?
I recently got a jet ski..I haven't seen it yet or know what year it is..but here is what I know so far
Its a seadoo bombardier spx (spelling) Rotax powered made in Canada
On the back it has RD-ENR,-1988 and also 5871
On the motor is says GMBHGUNSKIRCHENMOT.NR. 234918
Bore 2x78mm Stroke .68 mm, Cap-AC. 649.9 cc
Type 657 made in Austria
It is aqua blue on the bottom with an aqua blue seat and a white/pearl body
I am trying to figure out what year this is, and also find a picture of a similar one? If you could also tell me anything about it..whether it is fast, slow, anything else I would greatly appreciate it!! I Thank you!
Someone told me it was probably a 88 since the 2 numbers on the back were 88??
and no I was researching 88 models of the spx and could find no pictures..how powerful is this watercraft?
it should be a 1994 seadoo spx
here is the owner's manual

does it look like this:

update: that's because in 1988 there were no SPX models; i heard it has about 60HP; my 94 SP has 1988 on the back too. but it doesnt mean the year.

Frank's Turbo Jet Ski
Sam, whose mass is 81kg , takes off across level snow on his jet-powered skis.?
The skis have a thrust of 220 and a coefficient of kinetic friction on snow of 0.11N. Unfortunately, the skis run out of fuel after only 15s.
A) What is Sam's top speed?
B) How far has Sam traveled when he finally coasts to a stop?
F=mu(friction)*N(normal force)
F=.11*(81kg)(9.81m/s^2)
F(friction)=87.41
F(net)=F(thrust)-F(friction)=220-87.41=112.59N
F=ma
a=F/m
a=112.59/81
a=1.39m/s^2
v(final)=v(original)+a*t
v(final)=1.39*15
v=20.85m/s^2
x(1)=x while thrust engage
x(2)=afterwards
x(1)=.5*a*t^2
x(1)=.5(1.39)
x(1)=156.375
a(2)=F/m
a(2)=87.41/81
a(2)=-1.08
v(final)^2=v(original)^2+2*a*x
0^2-20.85^2=2ax
434.72/(2(1.08))=201.26
total x=201.26+156.375
x=357.64m

Say… is that a solar-powered jet ski on the deck of Gore’s houseboat? Is it sitting there charging for some night-time fun? Well, unless it’s a biodiesel jet ski.
