Loosing Weight, Need Help!?!?
what is great exercises to do for chubby thighs and arms and a stomach? I am not into alot of exercising, I dont know what to do is all I am saying I am 21 and I just cant believe how big I am I wish to just cut the junk food out and everything. I use to be vegetarian and eat alot of veggies and just chicken and fish but now being married and my husband being a bean pole and eating whatever he can or wants to how do I protect myself from the sugar craves I always have? I mean how can I eat a healthy snack and keep the sugar off my brain. I get horrible headaches if I stop eating it or get soda out of my life, I can deal with getting rid of it and using asprian every now and then to ease it but then a week or so later I am back in the soda saddle, guzzling threw a 24 pack in a week!!! I guess what I am asking is what is everyone elses tricks to keeping these cravings down to have a healthier life, thanks a million!!
what i do(b/c i'm chubby and hate it and am trying to change)
running in water. or walking. just that along makes my legs hurt, but in a few days feel so much better then they did.
6 inches, they hurt and i only do them for a few mins/min at a time.
those streachy things that you stand on and are like a huge rubber band (they're on that one comerial where she snaps her self in the face) what i do with that is stand on it with my feet shoulder width apart, and then hold my arms out to the side for one comerial break at a time (yeah i'm a big fan of watching tv while i exersize lol) what it does for me is sucks in my stomach, streightens my back, and makes me stand "correctly" while allowing me to work out my upper arms by tring to keep them streight/out.
cravings i cant help as much cause i'm still trying to figure it out. but what i heard is if you just take alittle bit of what youre craving, eat it slowly and enjoy it and then it goes away and you dont eat everything else while trying to avoid what you want.

edit: COLD water works great.... i cant drink cold cold water, but it does help with weight loss.
