Airport Security?

In December, I had a prosthesis put into my foot to give it an arch, to repair some kind of collolition.
Will this go off in the airport security?
I'm not quite sure if it's titanium, I just know that I do not have to get it replaced in a number of years, it's there for good.

I also have a note from my doctor, just incase, and you can see the scar, considering it was a recent surgery.
I went to Kings Island last weekend, and I beeped, but I'm not sure if that was from my glasses case, or if it was from my foot.

Does anyone know?

My son has a plate that runs from the top of his hip down to his knee, along with a dozen big screws. He's never set off the detectors at the airport, and he flies quite often.
He carries a laminated picture of his hardware just in case, but so far has never had to show it.
Mostly Dr's use titanium now, that won't set off detectors. Some Dr's still use stainless steel, that can set them off. Also it depends where on the body the metal is. My sons is on his femur, so it's quite deep, and under lots of layers. Your ankle doesn't have any fat, or muscles, so I guess it's possible if it's S/S
