which is better the Traxxas 3.3 or OFNA 3.5?
which is better the Traxxas 3.3 or OFNA 3.5? I have both but I wasn't sure which is stronger / faster. The OFNA is older but runs great. Isn't the OFNA a bigger motor? This is going in to my 2.5 REVO Thanks
Nope it says right on it "OFNA 3.5 F.C." I believe it's a 21. size. (big block?)It came on a older OFNA Ultra. It has a blue round heat sink on it. It is bigger than the trx 3.3 It does not say picco on it either.
goto towerhobbies.com and it's under Ofna Force .21 P4 w/Pull Start. what's the horsepower rating on the 3.3?
I would currently advise the Traxxas 3.3 because of the lifetime engine warrent by traxxas if you have a 2.5R, 2.5 engine.
More Details:
I found the engine you were taking about and I wouldn't replace that for your current Engine.
- I would advise the 3.3 because it's used a lot for those who want something an average cost and it's more powerful than the 3.5.
- Use the 20% Traxxas Top Fuel with that.
If not impressed... use the 33%.
If too strong use the 10%.
